Lost Ark
I was a Producer at Amazon Games on the Third-Party Publishing team, responsible for live operations and ongoing content updates for Lost Ark across North America, South America, and Europe. I worked closely with Smilegate RPG, the game's developer in Korea, to ensure a high-quality, engaging player experience in Western markets. My role bridged global collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and community insight. I helped drive the content roadmap by coordinating feature releases and advocating for adaptations based on regional player feedback, live service performance metrics, and cultural context.

Ran the day-to-day live operations and resolved on-call issues for the Western versions of Lost Ark.
Analyzed market competition, created strategic assessments, presented data to stakeholders, and determined budgets.
Collaborated with marketing, localization, and other non-technical teams to align business goals.
Managed communications with players to improve the overall game experience.
















Every week, we had server maintenance around 12:00am PST, during which I was online to ensure game updates deployed smoothly and the servers remained healthy. We also had monthly content updates where we released major patches featuring raids, new explorable zones, skins, and more. And of course, there were the classic holiday events as well!
