Collaborated with leadership and stakeholders to align on project requirements and drive development. Led several design-focused teams by resolving blockers, managing competing priorities, and coordinating dependencies. Worked closely with designers to understand their workflows and improve development processes. Investigated live game issues through server data and guided development teams toward effective resolutions.

Player Mentorship Manager

Formed and maintained communication with Creative Mode players to improve tools and elevate the quality of user-generated content. Used internal analytics to identify top creators, then reached out to them and paired them with internal developers to provide mentorship and strengthen the connection between developers and users.
